The Expansion of Democracy to 100% of Reality
Beyond the limitations of the mind – into the full scope of consciousness
📄 Introductory Manifesto
We, beings of self-aware consciousness, hereby declare that democracy — as the highest achievement of the HUMAN MIND — is unacceptably confined to only 1% of reality. True democracy must expand to the full 100% — encompassing the visible and invisible, physical and non-physical, form and ether.
As quantum physics has shown, the observer (or more precisely, the creator-observer) shapes reality by the very act of perceiving. Consciousness not only observes the world — it creates it. And just as it creates the world, it creates the human being, who is not merely a body, but a projection of consciousness into form.
Therefore, if man is consciousness, and consciousness creates all, then democracy must be a reflection of consciousness, not a mechanical ritual of the body.
📿 The Religious Misconception
For ages, humanity has been under the influence of religious doctrines claiming that God exists somewhere "out there," in the sky, that man is sinful, that we have only one life, and that a ceremonial funeral and monetary fee are required so the “soul may depart properly.” In Serbia, this ceremony costs about €100, while in the West it can reach €1,000 per... head (or rather, per body).
However, quantum science and thousands of testimonies — from regression therapy, quantum hypnosis, and children’s spontaneous memories — clearly show:
Death does not exist.
The human being is eternal consciousness, entering and exiting form in the quest for self-realization.
God is not in the sky. God is within you.
If there is one conclusion from all quantum experiments, it is this:
Reality is the result of conscious interaction.
And therefore, democracy — if it is to be real — must relate to the whole of human consciousness, not just the body.

🌍 PILLAR I — The Law of Cause and Effect
Core Principle:
Democracy, as an expression of free will, must be rooted in the cause, not just in managing the effects.
If we don’t become conscious of where our choices come from, then those choices are not truly free — they are reactive, programmed, illusory.
True freedom does not begin at the ballot box —
but in the silent space where intention becomes energy.
That space is the 99% of reality.
There, democracy is either born — or it never is.

🔬 PILLAR II — Consciousness as God Within
The Creator-Observer changes everything
Essential Truth:
Quantum physics has confirmed what ancient masters already knew:
🌀 Consciousness does not merely observe reality — it creates it.
Thus, consciousness is not a result of the universe — it is the origin.
And where is this consciousness?
In every being capable of feeling, imagining, loving, and choosing.
The double-slit experiment and quantum superposition demonstrate:
there is no objective reality without the presence of a conscious observer.
But not just any observer — a conscious, active one.
A Creator-Observer.
This is not someone who simply watches —
but one who brings reality into being by observing.
When a person observes unconsciously, creation becomes chaotic, reactive, limited.
But when they observe with awareness — waves collapse into form, ideas become matter, intention becomes manifestation.
Hence:
The religious concept of God outside of man is an outdated archetype
that no longer supports the growth of sovereign consciousness.
God is not above — God breathes within.
You are God — when you are conscious.

💖 PILLAR III — The Human Being Is Eternal – Death Does Not Exist!
Fundamental Insight:
The human being is not the body —
the body is a tool, a temporary projection into 3D.
You are not what ages, dies, or vanishes.
You are that which creates, observes, and remembers all those temporary things.
You are: I AM —
A conscious, eternal entity entering and exiting form in order to know itself.
Death is merely a transition —
like a wave returning to the ocean, only to rise again.
🌀 Everything consciousness creates carries the imprint of eternity.
The body may change, but the pattern it emerges from remains — dimensionless, quantum, eternal.
That pattern is: Divine Being in Eternal Motion.
“You do not die — you transform.
You are not a body.
You are: I AM.”
🌊 PILLAR IV — Democracy Without Bodies: Rights Without Form
Fundamental Insight:
If we accept that consciousness exists beyond the body (as shown in Pillar III),
then we cannot mechanically apply its rights without its presence and consent.
Just because someone no longer has a body —
does not mean they are “absent.”
But it also does not mean they are automatically consenting.
This leads us to a deeper question:
To whom does the power to decide belong?
To consciousness.
In body or beyond it — if it is aware of itself, only it may choose.
Voting without conscious presence = simulation of democracy.
“Without the consent of consciousness, there is no valid choice.
Democracy ends where the abuse of presence begins.”
Now, here’s the punchline:
According to global laws, the right to vote is acquired through adulthood.
But nowhere does it state that this right ends with death.
Which is why millions of the “deceased” continue voting regularly:
- In the USA: Hundreds of thousands of voters aged 126+ still appear in databases.
- In Romania: 1.7 million “dead” recently voted for the pro-European party.
- In Serbia: Every election cycle, between 800,000 to 1 million “de-incarnated” voters support the ruling democratic pro-European parties.
Laws don’t recognize disembodied consciousness — because they operate only within the 1% of visible reality (see Pillar I).
And of course —
none of these beings left a power of attorney.
“Having the right doesn’t mean having the obligation.”
No one has the right to vote on behalf of another soul
unless it has been consciously, willingly, and explicitly given.
What is happening, globally, is the largest identity theft in human history.
And thus we reach the peak:
A legalized simulation of democracy —
known as: demoNcracy.
🖕 Satirical Amendment to the UN Declaration
In the spirit of embracing the entire spectrum of reality —
both material and quantum-etheric —
we propose that democracy be officially declared multidimensional.
Because if we’re already lying, let’s at least lie transparently.
📜 Article X – On the Legalization of Metaphysical Votes
In the name of expanding democracy to 100% of reality,
we propose that all democratically-oriented parties be granted the right to:
- Vote on behalf of disembodied beings who previously acquired voting rights while incarnated.
- Grant automatic parliamentary seats to those same beings upon their next incarnation — in EU, US, or new Metaparlaments of Conscious Governance.
- In doing so, officially legalize what is already common practice — and usher in a new era of multidimensional democracy.
