The Truth About Energy

What is energy?

Energy is not a force. Not matter. Not particles.
Energy is a response — the condensed compassion of the I Am. It is created the moment pure consciousness asked:

“Who am I?”

But this question cannot be answered by thinking.
It can’t be learned from books, teachings, or even from angels whispering in your ear.

It can only be answered through experience.

It’s like puberty — when your whole being starts twitching in strange new places. At first, you listen to stories.
Then you read steamy books. Then you watch porn.
Then you touch yourself until your spirit starts wondering what you’re doing with your life.

But you still don’t know what sex is — Not really —
until you experience it.

And it’s the same with knowing the Self. Energy appears to make experience possible.
Because only through experience can the I Am feel and know itself.

How is energy created?

When the I Am feels a desire — not from need, but from curiosity and joy — then compression of compassion begins.
That condensed compassion becomes energy. And energy shapes itself into experience.

You don’t need to control it.
You don’t even need to understand it.
Just as you didn’t “engineer” your first kiss — you just allowed it, and you knew.

That’s how energy is born:
From the compassionate desire of consciousness to know itself through experience.

Where is energy when it’s “in neutral”?

Energy is resting in the wisdom of experiences. Waiting. Not asleep — just unassigned.
Like actors behind the curtain,
like unplayed notes in a song only you can compose.

Neutral energy is all the experience you’ve lived, but not yet digested into wisdom.

It’s not lost.
It’s folded gently in the stillness of your being, waiting for you to turn around and say:

“Yes. I lived that. And now, I understand.”

When does energy become conscious?

When you no longer see it as random fate or punishment — but as your own creation.

When you smile at your shadows and say:

“I created you. I allow you to serve me as a Master. Thank you.”

That’s when energy awakens.
Not because it learned something,
but because you remembered who you are.

And now it doesn’t reflect chaos anymore — it reflects your clarity,
your peace,
your sovereignty.

Conclusion

Energy was never separate from you.
It was just waiting for you to see it as your wisdom.

It is not power. It is compassion made visible. And when you recognize it,
it becomes conscious —
and dances as your beloved servant, forever.
